This twice-weekly class will help you to observe yourself on a subtle level healing the mind, body and spirit. Through breath-work, patience, and both verbal and non-verbal processing, this class will help to provide you with tools to better your own mental health. We are a supportive and diverse group of practitioners varying in ages, yoga experience and paths towards wellbeing. Original Wednesday time has been moved.
